We asked the Double Icon Staff for their favorite Christmas Movies and we're ready to share them with you. How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000)
On the outskirts of Whoville lives a green, revenge-seeking Grinch who plans to ruin Christmas for all of the citizens of the town.
AKA The Grinch, is one of the favorite movies of young and old, the story is not only funny but has a great message of what the Christmas Spirit means. Definitely the favorite of pretty much all the Double Icon Staff.
The Holiday (2006)
Two women troubled with guy-problems swap homes in each other's countries, where they each meet a local guy and fall in love.
The Holiday is the perfect cheesy movie that warms your heart and gives you that comfort feeling we're craving for, great actors and even greater story, this movie is absolutely a MUST during the season.
Love Actually (2003)
Follows the lives of eight very different couples in dealing with their love lives in various loosely interrelated tales all set during a frantic month before Christmas in London, England.
Such a hilarious romantic comedy, with a great soundtrack and beautiful love scenes, Love Actually is too cute to skip, if you haven't seen it, you'll love it, we're sure!
The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)
Jack Skellington, king of Halloween Town, discovers Christmas Town, but his attempts to bring Christmas to his home causes confusion.
Amazing visual and catchy songs, this movie has enough festive references to be considered a Christmas and a Disney classic. Perfect to be watched with the whole family
Jingle All the Way (1996)
A father vows to get his son a Turbo Man action figure for Christmas. However, every store is sold out of them, and he must travel all over town and compete with everybody else in order to find one.
Can we talk on how relatable this story is, who didn't ever wanted the trendiest and most impossible gift during the season? This movie is all laughs and funny moments, but also show us that Christmas is not about the presents, but about family and keeping promises.
Rise of the Guardians (2012)
When the evil spirit Pitch launches an assault on Earth, the Immortal Guardians team up to protect the innocence of children all around the world.
